The subject was an assassin as part of the Syndicate, but betraying them to the police, resulting in the dissolving of the Syndicate and the capture of Zato, she is currently pardoned of those charges.
As a result of being subjected to experiments in magic that can be called "forbidden arts", she is able to use her hair as a weapon.
With her constant desire for revenge against Zato, this may be an easy way to control her.
Orphaned at a young age, she was taken in by the Assassin Syndicate and trained to kill. Her superior and possible lover Zato-1 encouraged (or forced) her to undergo forbidden experiments to increase their power. Millia's hair is a living parasite; she can control it, but it may one day overtake her, just as Zato's shadow did him.
She left the assassins after refusing to kill an innocent, turning their leader over to the police and becoming marked for death by the new leader as a price for her betrayal. She will not rest until she kills Zato (or his shadow) once and for all, even if it kills her in the process.
Preferences
Millia can control her hair, using it as a weapon but also in mundane situations. She's seen making everything from hands to flowers to spikes out of it; it can be either solid or... hair-like. She can make functional (at least for a short time) wings.
She can also fire energy blasts and some sort of energy... hoola hoop.
Both muse and mun are over 18.
I will play f/f and f/m (and f/nonbinary); Millia herself will avoid men if given the option.
She prefers to touch rather than to be touched; she might go through a whole scene just using her hair. If this isn't okay, let me know! (or conversely if it's something you want specifically!)
